I am so thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce to you the best team you can possibly find hands down! We’ve searched coast-to-coast for the ideal candidate to be a part of the “TPS Entourage.” And I am positive we’ve succeeded in forming an unstoppable force. Each TPS member has been hand-selected to be a part of our agency because of their individual ability to think out of the box, exceed expectations, deliver new and exciting promotions, but most of all – to have a great time while doing it, share a smile and feel the adrenalin rush for what they do.

Consider The Perfect Swag as your BFF’s (Best Friends Forever,) not just your preferred vendor. The Perfect Swag was modeled to give new life, excitement and add zest to the everyday mundane firms you are used to working with. We love our industry, we love our team, we love our vendors and we love seeing smiles on our client’s faces when the unthinkable unfold before their eyes.

Having worked with aggressive high profile agencies throughout the years, I was able to pinpoint “the good, the bad, and the ugly.” In this industry, I’ve witnessed multiple generations, genders and interests become obsolete ignoring Generation X, Y & Z, luxury merchandise, promotional merchandise and most of all, marketing to the female angles. All of which ironically, are recognizably the forces behind the sales. During our “courting” stages, I will personally oversee the strategic components of your company’s needs to assign the best TPS Manager to fit your desires, wants, needs and most importantly, chemistry.

Clearly my aim is to become a leader who not only understands the importance & value of client relations, but a President who recognizes and teaches each employee of The Perfect Swag group personally. I believe in MBWA: Manage by Walking Around…I want to know what they do, what is the purpose of their position, who is directing them, what they hope to achieve, what do they enjoy outside of the office and do they truly want to be a part of our team? I am only as fabulous as my team, and I want to hear their story. I will never ask them to do something I wouldn’t roll up my sleeves and do myself… including challenging me in a Wii game of Guitar Hero or a Department vs. Department all out Rock Band showdown!

Samuel Stephen Ross

Chief Creative Director

Where do you start with Steve Ross? He was chosen to be on the Board of Directors for The Perfect Swag for all the following reasons. We can’t just name a few, because they are all way too impressive and give you a sense of what an amazing creative force we have advising The Perfect Swag.
Currently Steve works with Gemmy Industries in which he considers the “coolest job in the world”. However he’s done conceptions and illustration for DC Comic’s MAD MAGAZINE, designed promotional programs for WAL MART, Pepsi, General Mills, E!, Universal Music, Dannon, Dove and Budweiser. Responsible for a gaggle of kids’ meal toy premiums for such joints as: Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell and Jack-in-the-Box. As Senior Art Director, Steve directed design and animation for ZZ Top, KISS, the Dallas Mavericks, the Dallas Stars, and CNN.

Known for his incredible impersonations and voice-overs, The Perfect Swag is most impressed with the fact that not only was Steve a Courtroom Sketch Artist for NBC Universal drawing those sketches you see on TV courtroom cases closed off to the cameras, but was employed by the FBI as a Composite Sketch Artist working with crime witnesses to come up with the best visual representation of the suspect.

Jillian Swartz

Networking Officer & Creative Partnerships

CEO & Editor-in-Chief, Jillian Swartz, launched THE FAMILY GROOVE.com, “The Hippest Parents' Place in Cyberspace,” in 2006. As a way of connecting moms and moms-to-be by delivery everything they needed to know to live low-stress, high-style living. A partner of Café Mom, The Children's Place and CardsDirect, THE FAMILY GROOVE was recently named “Best Daily Destination” by Real Simple.

Prior to launching the THE FAMILY GROOVE, this magna cum laude graduate of New York University, worked in Marketing & Public Relations for London Records, a subsidiary of Polygram, only to later launch her own promotions company, JMS Consulting. JMS Consulting worked with luminary hot spots including Spy, Veruka, Studio 54 and Suede leading to the creation of: Spoiled Rottins. Ahead of its time, Spoiled Rottins, selling “Not your mother’s gift basket” to successfully marketed to women in their twenties and thirties. Spoiled Rottins' Tins of Sin were featured backstage at the Latin Grammys’ as well as the People's Choice Awards.

We couldn’t be happier Jillian to agree to be a part of our Board of Directors. Running multiple ventures, while raising her two beautiful children Scarlett and Marlon, Jillian personifies what it means to find balance to achieve a healthy mind, body and soul. Jennifer MacLure Robertson

Brand Marketing & Strategic Alliance Officer

Jennifer MacLure Robertson rounds out The Perfect Swag “Dream Team". After graduating Syracuse University, Jennifer’s background in events and creative partnerships & promotions is not only impressive, but also fitting for Jennifer’s infectious personality. To know Jennifer is to love her, and want her to be a part of your team. Whether on a Media-tour, Sample Trafficking or a Celebrity Endorsement, “J-Ro” is known for her out-of-box creativity and super spunk attitude, she always succeeds in exceeding all expectations.

Currently the Event Producer for the Bose Corporation, Ms. Robertson has worked around the country in positions such as Production Coordinator at VH1, Production Manager at MTV, Presentation Manager for the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden and Presentation Director with the New Jersey Nets. While on assignment in Vail, CO, Jennifer held the position of Senior Manager, Advertising and Partnerships for Vail Resorts.
Jennifer is also known breaking out in song at any given moment especially with a mean rendition of Les Miserables. We just hope her hubby Andy owns some earplugs!

Laura Mancini

Strategic Planning Director: East Coast

Joining as the Strategic Planning Director for the East Coast, when partnering with The Perfect Swag right of the Mississippi, chances are your project will carefully be developed by, Laura Mancini. Laura has brought over a decade of experience to The Perfect Swag after years of building relationships at companies such as Uniprise, MetLife, Telcordia Technologies and Verizon.

As Director of the East Coast "TPS Entourage," Laura's primary focus is to oversee online marketing sales while expanding branding activities. Laura will be responsible for acquisition and retention marketing efforts designed to drive web and mobile traffic with sales contributing to product branding and definition.

Working closely with growing affiliate programs, partnership marketing / content integration programs, Laura will also modify product data feed driven programs and other media-based business building activities.

Jonathan Forest Peters

Visionary Officer: Events & Catering

Recently featured in NJ Life Magazine “A-List” of New Jersey, The Perfect Swag Board Member, Jonathan David Peters, is the ideal guest at every event. His hysterical sense of humor is a plus, however his eye for detail is not only impeccable, but a must have. This highly sought after event planner is Vice-President of David Ellis Personalized Event Planning and Catering. David Ellis Catering is vastly known for their outstanding menu choice, passion for customization with imagination and immaculate service.

This burgeoning business, started in 2004, is run by three brothers: Chad Ellis Peters, president; Jonathan David Peters, vice president; and Ryan William Peters, operations director. The company’s new 7,000-square-foot facility houses a floral and design department. “We use lots of freshly cut floral displays,” Jonathan says, and “I’m a strong believer in incorporating something modern with something a little more earthy.”

Prior to David Ellis Catering, Jonathan lived a few years in Asia, and as an avid traveler was fortunate to have the opportunity to experience a whole new world of cultures which he incorporates in to his events and projects. Jon is also Business Chair of the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey’s annual Blank Canvas Benefit: For Art’s Sake. All proceeds from the Blank Canvas Benefit: For Art’s Sake support arts enrichment programs for undeserved, economically disadvantaged audiences.

Nina Antinora

Alliance Officer for Non-profit Organizations

With over a decade of experience in the production industry, Nina Antinora, VP, Production & Executive Producer of J-Squared Productions, began her career in episodic television, working for ABC, CBS, ESPN, Lifetime Television and The Health Network. Nina has worked on numerous Emmy-Award winning teams such as Law & Order: SVU. Nina field produced a poignant health series on “living with cancer” and continuously works intimately with countless celebrities such as Barbra Streisand and Dan Aykroyd.

Even with the most impressive accomplishments, Nina’s latest and greatest project is one that is close to The Perfect Swag family: A Gift from Suzanne Foundation. Through Nina’s personal experience, she was greatly inspired to start a charity organization called- A GIFT FROM SUZANNE FOUNDATION. In conjunction with hospice and hospitals, AGFS offers support to families dealing with a terminal illness or a recent loss of a loved one during the holidays. These services may be hot meals, holiday gifts, shopping or housekeeping services. AGFS's goal is to make the family's day a bit brighter by letting them know that they’re not alone...

Michelle Nocera

Director of Sales: Concierge Services

Michelle Nocera, founder of Shiny Pretty Things, has joined The Perfect Swag as Director of Sales for our Concierge Division.

What to buy? What to giveaway? What will drive people to my booth? How can I reward my top achievers? ... So many questions, but not enough time to consider the options? Let Michelle assist you come up with an impressive strategic plan.

From business meetings, events, tradeshows, to thank-yous, whether intimate or gangbusters, Michelle will make sure that you’ve had the best array of gifts and premiums to choose from. Michelle from work to play, works with designers from around world and locally to procure not only one of a kind merchandise, but brand new premiums before other companies have even had the chance to play with them.

Michelle brings more than a dozen years of experience with incentives and events. She will pull together core elements for Corporate Gifts, as well as making your wildest day dreams come true within budget. Having spent time living in the hottest metropolitan areas, Michelle can pinpoint the finer details sought after by the hottest designers.

Lorraine Lynch

Environment Expert & Eco-Friendly Alliances

Lorraine is The Perfect Swag team member responsible for including the one of a kind hand-made, eco-friendly materials and premiums from obscure artisans found throughout her travels worldwide. Whether spending time in Central Park with her son, Walker, or hanging out in Gaudi Park – Barcelona, Spain, Lorraine is the creative force from conception to completion of all types of one of a kind gifts and events. She finds ideas, details and inspirations in her everyday moments that create treasured additions to our gift gallery.

Pulling from her experience working in the Art Department on hit TV shows like The Apprentice or as a Senior Project Manager for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Lorraine can spot the “must haves” in gift selection from a mile away when looking for organic accessories for body and home. She believes in the importance of cultivating innovative alliances with vendors who share her passion, including promoting the benefits of a green lifestyle through the luxury of swag.

In the midst of her LEED Certification, Lorraine’s concentration is focusing on green interior design and construction. Megan Han

Premium Visionary: Organic Branding & Eco-friendly Sales

Megan joined The Perfect Swag with a mission to encourage companies not only to “Go Green,” but make conscious decisions directing promotional merchandise organizations to choose eco-friendly choices. Megan is our go-to girl for discovering and promoting recycled goods, organic fabrics, glassware, and designer premiums that were not “cutting-edge” a year or two ago. Events, and promotions are focusing more and more on “Going Green” and Megan is the one bringing to the table “The Perfect Swag” that will not only promote your brand, but make a statement on a much larger level. Your client’s will see what you are doing to “give back” to the environment.

All to familiar with Marketing and the results of promoting through Public Relations, Megan worked in NYC creating publicity for authors at several well-known publishing houses. After moving to San Francisco, Megan continued working in Public Relations focusing on travel, publishing & technology.

Besides making jewelry in her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, Pilates, and being a superfantabulous mom to daughter, Bradley, and husband, Fred.

Justin Williams

Technical Officer & Owner of BambooDev.com

Justin is the owner of BAMBOODEV.COM, an agency which designs and develops websites. Bamboodev builds sites by hand, not by templates or boring cut and paste techniques. They are excited by what Internet solutions can do, and they want client solutions to reflect that excitement. Sites should be easy to use, functional, while at the same time looking their best.

Justin believes sites should evolve and improve with time. It's an ongoing, ever changing and living creation. We're excited to have Justin as a member of our team, and we're thrilled to see how quickly the PerfectSwag.com site has grown over the past year.

Maureen-Lyn Fontecha

Chief Designer for MOSEVEN

Maureen-Lyn Fontecha designs graphics. She is our lead Creative Director with a studio based out of “The O.C.” that develops standards compliant web sites and graphics for print mediums. www.moseven.com

Maureen understands The Perfect Swag. She has been there from the very beginning. She put her spin on the colors and shapes and fonts, and that’s not the only reason she’s super cool. She ‘gets it’.
